IV. Installation and commissioning points
- Mounting direction: Sensor housing“The word ”TOP" must be on it.No inversions.
- Avoid blocking: No obstructions below the sensor to ensure an unobstructed view
- Mounting Height: 2.5m ~ 7.0m, the higher the mounting height, the higher the selected sensitivity level should be.
- Sensitivity adjustment: If the green light is on when a person approaches, then the sensitivity needs to be adjusted down; if the car approaches and does not light up the green light, or if the green light is close to the door, then the sensitivity can be adjusted up.
- Bluetooth debugging: Install APP on your mobile phone, pairing password 1234, exit APP before using radar after parameter setting is completed
- multi-radar recognition: When multiple radars are searched, the radar with the smallest RSSI value is closest to the mobile phone

VI. Common Problems and Solutions
❓ Separation of people and vehicles not working as expected
✅ Check that the installation height is appropriate (recommended ≥ 2.5 metres), ensure that the sensor “TOP” is facing upwards and that there is no obstruction below the sensor.
❓ Green light when person approaches (false trigger)
✅ It means the sensitivity is too high, please adjust the sensitivity level down appropriately through APP.
❓ Car approaching without green light or green light too close to door
✅ Adjustable higher sensitivity levels, or larger detection area settings.
❓ Occasional sensor malfunctions
✅ There may be large vibration or electromagnetic interference, it is recommended to turn on the “anti-interference” mode through the APP.
