Second, the principle of the product
The wireless airbag WSD system consists ofTransmitter, Receiver, Airbag Tube/Safety ContactsThree components:
- Airbag tube/safety edge: Installed at the bottom of the door body, deformation occurs in the event of obstruction, triggering the air pressure switch or squeeze signal
- transmitter side: Detects air pressure changes or safety edge signals and sends a stop signal wirelessly via 433MHz.
- receiving end: Installed on the control system side of the door, it stops or reverses the door movement immediately after receiving the signal.
When the airbag tube touches the shelter or the safety contact edge is squeezed, the transmitting end detects the signal change and immediately sends the command to the receiving end through wireless, and the receiving end controls the door body to stop or reverse through the relay output.

5. Low battery alert, easy maintenance
- Transmitter red indicator light is always on → power is low, need to replace the battery
- Blue indicator on the receiving end is flashing → low battery, replace the battery or stop flashing after re-power up
- WSD-002 supports low battery beep reminder (4 modes selectable: 5 sec/15 sec/60 sec/silent)
VI. Installation and use instructions
first use
Please make sure the power of the transmitter is turned on, if not, please remove the plug and toggle the switch to the right.
Code matching operation (if re-coding is required)
- WSD-001Press and hold the code key for 3 seconds at the receiving end (at the rubber plug) → blue light blinks → blow air to the air pressure switch at the transmitting end (or press the code key) → blue light turns on → blue light returns to normal at the receiving end, code pairing is successful
- WSD-002/003Press and hold the code pairing key for 3 seconds at the receiving end → red light flashes → blow/squeeze the safety contact at the transmitting end → red light turns on → red light returns to normal at the receiving end, code pairing is successful
Battery Replacement
- WSD-001/002: Loosen the fixing screws of the circuit board at the transmitter side and replace the 2 CR2032 batteries at the back.
- WSD-003: Replacement of 1 x 14250 (3.0V) battery on the transmitter side
