Instructions for the use of a pull cord switch as a door opening command
Pull rope switch is a kind of control device that triggers the opening command by pulling the rope, widely used in remote opening control of entrance and exit equipments such as rapid rolling shutter door, industrial sliding door, automatic door and so on. The operator does not need to be close to the control box, gently pull the rope to open the door.

II. Installation points
- fixed position: the switch body is fixed to the door frame or wall at a recommended height of 1.2-1.5 metres.
- course: Change of direction by means of pulleys or guide rings to ensure a smooth pulling of the rope
- Rope length: not more than 30 metres in one direction, excessive length may affect the trigger sensitivity
- Tension Adjustment: Maintain proper tension, neither too loose (failure to trigger) nor too tight (false triggering).

III. Wiring instructions
- normally open contact: Usually connected to the door opening signal (NO), closed on pulling
- public side: Connect to the common terminal of the controller
- Normally Closed Contacts: available for emergency stop signal (NC), triggered on disconnection

- Rope check: Regularly check ropes for wear and tear, breakage and replace them in a timely manner
